1. Introduction
Welcome to EaseMyRestro, a product of Akigo AI. By accessing or using our restaurant management software platform at easemyrestro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Service Description
EaseMyRestro is a cloud-based restaurant management system (RMS) that provides menu management, order and billing, GST auto-configuration, sales analytics, table management, kitchen display system (KDS), staff management, and related services. The service is accessible via web browsers on any device.
3. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
EaseMyRestro offers the following plans: Starter at ₹999/month (or ₹9,999/year) and Professional at ₹2,499/month (or ₹24,999/year). All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree payment gateway. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be deactivated. No charges will be applied without your explicit consent.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 90 days, during which you may export it. After 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the EaseMyRestro platform, including software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Akigo AI. You retain ownership of your restaurant data. We do not claim any rights over the data you input into the system.
8. Data Privacy
Your data privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
EaseMyRestro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akigo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akigo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
